Our constantly varied high intensity training program is designed to be adaptable, to be universally scalable, to accommodate each individuals capabilities regardless of fitness level, age, size or experience. Our program applies to anyone and everyone.
At Uncontained we are a community support system, we’re a family. We’re here to push you, to achieve your fitness, strength, mobility and endurance goals.

Maintaining a Healthy living for as long as possible is what we strive for. We want to stay away from the nursing homes as long as possible by improving and maintaining our functional capacity. What is CrossFit?

Our fundamentals program is a 2 day course to coach our members on how to exercise safely and how to do them in the correct way.
What is Crossfit?
CrossFit is an effective way to get fit. Anyone can do it. It is fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, running, rowing, and a host of other movements.
Begginner/ Novice/ Athlete?
The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
What if I get injured?
Our coaches are all correctly trained and are still able to train you around your injury without further damage.
I've heard crossfit is dangerous, is it?
When done correctly, CrossFit is not inherently bad or ineffective. Like other training methodologies before it, CrossFit is a form of high intensity exercise, an efficient model of exercise that has helped many people lose weight while improving strength and endurance.
Can I bring a friend?
YES! You are encouraged. As a CrossFit Box we are a family and welcome any begginners as we all crave support and encouragement when we exercise.
